Research Associate
We’re looking for a Research Associate to join our growing Executive Search Team.
Research Associates are responsible for sourcing qualified prospective candidates for all of the firm’s open projects.

About the Responsibilities
Identify prospective candidates based on the firm’s methodology from internal and external database sources
Create and update profiles for prospective candidates in the firm’s internal database software
Sort prospective candidates by project based on the needs of each Recruiter
Meet with Recruiters regularly to ensure viability and targeting of prospective candidates

Strongly preferred (one or more of the following):
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
1 to 3 years in a professional office environment
