Recruiter

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Executive Search Team. 

Recruiters are responsible for performing the initial screening on all potential candidates.

About the Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates and cold call unresponsive candidates as needed

  • Take detailed notes on all conversations and create succinct, written assessments of potential candidates

  • Make verbal presentations of qualified candidates to account managers

  • Update database software in a timely and accurate manner

About You

  • Excellent phone skills and an articulate and welcoming voice

  • Ability to handle proprietary information in a careful and discerning manner

  • Ability to thrive in a small business environment

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Confidence and comfort with speaking to individuals in positions of authority

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and willingness to learn new programs

  • Strongly preferred (one or more of the following):

    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

    • 1 to 3 years in a professional office environment
