Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Executive Search Team.
Recruiters are responsible for performing the initial screening on all potential candidates.

About the Responsibilities
Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates and cold call unresponsive candidates as needed
Take detailed notes on all conversations and create succinct, written assessments of potential candidates
Make verbal presentations of qualified candidates to account managers
Update database software in a timely and accurate manner

About You
Excellent phone skills and an articulate and welcoming voice
Ability to handle proprietary information in a careful and discerning manner
Ability to thrive in a small business environment
Excellent written communication skills
Confidence and comfort with speaking to individuals in positions of authority
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and willingness to learn new programs
Strongly preferred (one or more of the following):
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
1 to 3 years in a professional office environment
