Position Overview:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a pioneering Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our growth and ensuring revenue stability as we adapt to the evolving needs of the hospitality industry. As our first Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and shaping the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly research companies that align with our client profiles to identify potential new clients.
Proactively build and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
Convert target organizations into Retained Executive Search Clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for the clients you bring in during their first year, while they are managed by a separate account manager.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the above tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Compensation
This position offers a commission-only compensation structure, allowing for unlimited earning potential, with commissions earned on each retainer paid by clients you bring in, with residual commissions. (Specific rates to be discussed in the interview process.)
While specific earnings can vary, recruiters in this role should earn six-figures by year two, if not sooner.

Proven experience in recruitment, in sales, or within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to create and foster relationships with industry leaders.
Strong ability to understand and sell a complex, high-ticket B2B service.
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
Strong networking skills with the ability to leverage professional connections.
Meticulous attention to detail in managing sales process and documentation.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-driven with a strong desire to thrive in a collaborative and supportive small business environment.
